Block Messenger with XP SP2 firewall
When I am using (trying to) Windows Instant Messaging (ver 7.5) and I try to open a voice conversation with another online person I get the message "messenger has encountered an error and must close now". Anybody have any experience with this problem? I am using XPPro operating system- letu27

DBase opens in small window
Hi dbMark This was the solution to the problem - -Toys for Windows has a program which when invoked "opens a command.com window right here". When opening Dbase from this window it opens full screen (and works faster, too). Thanks so much to all of you who have helped me with my problems with...- letu27

Hi ChaZ I do have a short cut but when I right click on it it doesn't have a screen tab; it does have run tab which gives a choice of running minimized, maximized or normal. I clicked maximized but it didn't have any effect. There's probably an answer for this somewhere but I don't have it...- letu27

DBase opens in small window
I am running DbaseIIIPlus under Windows XP Pro. When I open Dbase it opens in a small window. It takes several clicks to get a full window (the maximize button doesn't work). I go into properties and click full window, but the next time I want to use the program the Properties dialogue box...- letu27
