Our IPO went down today for a short while. In the audit trail it said cold start by system reboot. Any ideas? Are there any logs I can look at to figure this out.
Thanks
We have had some customers change telcos. The telco ported the numbers to the new telco number. We cannot call our customers out our PRI circuit. Says number has been disconnected. I know this is a SP issue but the SP doesnt have a clue on what to do. They are just sitting on a TAC case...
We have all calls go to hunt group 201. One ext receives those calls and the overflows to other groups. We recently upgraded and if the main reception area receives a call and she is on the phone it auto rolls to overflow. Previous to the upgrade it would ring for 15s then roll to overflow...
Cannot RDP, print, telnet to other subnet. THis seems to be an upper osi layer issue with routing. We have two subnets connected via pt2pt t1. All pcs have a default gateway of our watchguard then the watchguard has static routes to the pt2pt router for the .2 network. I can ping the other...
I have about 7 switchports where I cannot get any network connectivity. I plug my laptop into another port and it works fine. All ports have identical config. One difference is that the link light stays solid on the ports that I cannot connect with. If I change the port to 100 it is solid...

Dennis thanks for all your help...It comes back saying SQL 2000. Should I uninstall 2005 and reinstall and instead of selecting default instance the correct named instance? Or can I backup the databases uninstall 2000 and restore in 2005? Any ideas?
Thanks,
I upgraded our SQL2000 server instance to 2005. Everything looks like it was moved over. SQL 2000 is still on the system. Can I remove this now or if you use legacy components do you have to keep it.
Thanks,
