StarTalk Mini answering even though AA turned off
That was the problem, but it created another. I found an exetension that was set to CFNA of 3 rings with no mailbox setup. Once I disablesd that, it is answering with another extensions mailbox. Our StarTalk mini system is answering our phones on the third ring. The auto-attendant was turned off. The message you get is" This mailbox has not been initialized..." then it sends you to the greeting stating our business hours. I can't find any settings to stop this.
