I have to give a presentation next week to our full senior management team on
the qualities and functionality of SharePoint, both Windows Services and
Portal Server, uh oh!
Does anyone have any suggestions for good information sources I can plunder?

I appreciate I can chop and change the columns within a custom 'Standard' view but when I create a custom 'Calendar' view of a list it will only display the 'Title' field for...
Does anyone know how you can force the display of fields other than 'title'
in a list calendar view? I have a person assigned to a task and I want to see
that name in the calendar view without having to enter it into the free-text
'Title' field.

Here's the deal: I'm setting up a WSS site of support rotas for multiple departments, do I create a list per department or one single list with a view for each department?
As I see it, a list per department will facilitate permissions against rotas and remove the need for at least one more...
I want to create a view of issues that are due to be resolved by a future
date (say +7 days), how can I apply this filter? I've checked through the
help sections but all I can find is a reference to using the [Today] function.

I'm just starting messing with WSS and I've downloaded a meetings management template from the Microsoft site. I want to use this format as a meeting workspace so I can intergrate it into Outlook 2003 but when I create a new site if I pick the custom template from the list it doesn't create it...
