    you can still Fix the IP on the 2 Machines. If you shrink the DHCP Range, simply use IP above your DHCP range.......

    Don't need help, just info.

    Also enable MAC Filter, you will have to define each MAC address on your router so they can connect.... This is what I do... I dont bother with encryption toooo much overhead... Also as the guy above suggests turn of SSID broadcast....

    Have you tried setting fixed IP address etc to each Machine.... Try this and see if you still have problems with the machine diconnecting from the network.... The only time I have seen a machine do this was the result of a dodgy NIC Driver..
