Hi, to confirm - we only have 1 recurring entry for each of the reports which are duplicating. Unfortunately we haven's subscribed to technical support through business objects for version 9 of Enterprise, hence the need to use Tek-Tips. thanks for the help so far.

Hi, No, we haven't restarted the system. The duplicates run immediately after the original reports, and they have been doing this for a few months. There is no gap between the originals and duplicates.

I have managed to export data from Crystal into CSV format with only a single corresponding header (instead of columns of headers) however, the first line (only the first line) of the records is 'skewed' and pushed over by one column, leaving a single gap before the first record appears...

Hi, I am trying to export data as a CSV file with headers (from a Crystal Report). Unfortunately, the headers become fully populated columns instead. Anyone know how to do this?? thanks Julie
