I´m using the "go to marker_x of movie_y" command to jump from one projector to a different movie. and works like a charm, problem is when trying to return to the first movie (projector.exe), if I use "go to marker of movie", at the time the projector is made, i can jump to...
Then again, you can change the resolution of the host screen to match that of your movie, easy done in Mac, but a pain to do in PC.
There are some commercial extras that handle that though
I have similar problem and still haven´t found a cure:
In my construction I foun that AVIS loose their sound when any other sloun is o was playing on a soundchannel; this is, if the avi plys by itself sound can be heard, but if some other sound WAS playing before it prevents the avi sound to...
if the avi is on the same movie than the menu a somple go to frame X or better yet go to "marker" in a frame script in the last frame will suffice
on exit frame me
go to "marker"
end
an put a marker in the menu
better yet, use a sound puppet to play the sound in an unused channel (I try to use channel 3 or 4 to keep the basic channels open for speech and clicks)
now, lingo will play this sound until you quit the movie or use another lingo command, if you jump to another movie the sound will continue...
Question one is already answered, but on the second one theres a simplyer solution;
place you movie on the score an make it as little as you need (one or two frames if you like) and then, in the last frame, make a time event 8you know the little stopwatch in the uppermost row of the effect...
instead of pausing the movie try makin a small loop at the end of the movie, this will make any sound play for as long as the loop continues.
As for the second question, I recon you need to make an if sentence:
try making lingo to verify if the sound in channel 1 is playing, if it is, the it...
No problem...
just use relative paths; if you have your projector in a directory named "work" for exaple and your web pages are in another directory INSIDE "work", let´s say "pages".
then tour path will be:
\pages\archive.htm (or whatever name your file is) be...
Hi, when creating the projector, you only have to select the full screen option and voila!
