I have multiple sites with an IP office 500v2 9.1.7 with 2 DS30Bs and a VCM32. They also are licensed for 20 SIP trunks channels, I have made sure to change the call max to 20 as well but I am getting the message "waiting for line" from time to time. My question is when a call rings in to a hunt...
Its an i2004 there is a site to site vpn with static ips on each 172.16.2.2xx on one side and 192.168.100.xx on the other. ports 51000 - 51200, 28000 - 28255 udp are open. dont know what else is needed.
I have a bcm 400 4.0 and when the customer presses intercom there is no dial tone but can still dial. I have seen this on other bcms but never was a problem. Can anyone tell me why this is happing and how to fix it? By the way my patches are up to date.
I have a customer with a bcm 3.7 on 1 site and 3 other sites each with bcm 2.03. The 2.0s can call each other just fine the 3.7 can call and recieve calls but there is no voice. Any ideas
So on the BCM400 4.0 you must buy the software licenses none are free? The BCM 3.7 you could download and use 16 of them as long as you had ip client keycodes.
How many I2050s come free on the BCM 400 4.0 and on the BCM 50 Rel2? I know I still need an ip client keycode for each phone but can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone about this.
My customer ask me a question about changing fax channels from 2 to 4. Under MSC hardware limit reads 4 but license reads 2. I tried to change it but it reads read only. Wondering if anybody has any info on this?
I am trying to dial 7 digits on this t1 for local calls and the call only goes through with 10 digits. Carrier says t1 is set for 7 and I dont see any settings in the system for dialing plans. They are using a t bird and can dial 7 digits just fine. Is there a setting i am missing for 7 digit...
