Thanks for that, it may be my only option... but I was hoping to simply pass the caller ID <the number, don't need the name> without requiring a button press. Is there a way to do that??

A site I'm involved with recently added a 'front end' vector to handle incoming calls. Now, when callers select the option to go to a call center, the caller ID is lost. What displays to the agent is the title of the vdn.
Can this be replaced with the original caller info?

Hi & thanks for the comment. I've seen the interdigit timer, but it's there whether outgoing end of dial is or not. I've increased the timer to no avail & as you mentioned, I'm concerned that by doing so, I'll increase frustration for other users.
Still hoping that setting the trunk type to ISDN...

I have a site that is an care facility which provides phone service to residents some of whom have problems completing international number in time. If a trunk group is NOT ISDN, there is a field for "outgoing end of dial".
Is there somewhere, in an ISDN trunk, that I can adjust the...

You need to have a dial seq identified as "attd". Usually this is "0" but you may have "0" as ext. I sometimes use "29", but anything you don't expect to use in the future is OK.
