    PSP X losing custom colors

    Hi, When I don't use PSP X for a week or so, all custom swatches are lost, only the default colors show up. What causes this? Thanks, Ed

    The swatches folder is there and it contains only the default color files. This is not the first time all my customized colors have disappeared, it happens every couple of months.

    Hi, A couple of weeks ago I worked on a project in PSP 10 and I added a bunch of custom colors to the color palette. Today I opened PSP 10 again and all the customized colors in the palette are gone, there are only the default colors. What did i do wrong? Thanks, esebm

    I have set updates to manual, it didn't make any difference. I had to turn ad blocking completely off.
