I just asked a similar question the other day, I understand that the OVTH is a number of calls not a timer. So in essence what you have is after there are 180 calls in queue the overflow will take place.
The default is set to 2047. I just changed it, but is this number the amount of calls threshold or a amount of time? It's not clear in the NTP. I am assuming it's a number of calls threshold rather than a timer?
Does anyone know what this limitation is? I may be adding a custom music on hold device that will be moving away from our current Broadcast RAN design and today we have 10 Broadcast RAN's which right now is a problem. But there is a limitation to each network group right?
we don't use broadcast RAN's for music. So the MOH should be the conference limitation right? Does anyone happen to know the conference limitation if this is the case?
In addition, if I have a music on hold source how many people can simultaneously hear that? It should be virtually unlimited right? Or as many conference bridges the switch supports?
Would anyone have an idea of what a Norstar would sell for that has one expansion trunk module 12x0 and the main unit with T-1 release 1 software or even a new release? I may have to sell about 10 of these system on EBAY or something.
I have a old MIRAN card with 4 ports in my Opt. 81C. We have 20 Broadcast RAN's in the switch to go with the MIRAN. We are having problems with people getting ring no answers I believe because there are not enough RAN for the traffic volume. If I have assigned 7 CONN to the trunk for let's say...
Yes, at first it was reported to me that the voicemail wasn't even picking up. So by toggling the ring pick up setting from 4 to 5 then back to 4 fixed it half way. Then the voicemail answered but we were getting a voicemail error message afrer the main message was played. So I rebooted remotely...
No it's definetly the same reports. Each one of them are the Agent weekly performance report. So are we saying that even if agents were deleted from the system between the two report being run, the information should still be there?
Anyone see any problems with rebooting remotely using this version of software? So far I have had to rest it twice and couldn't get access remotely. I had to go to site a manually reboot it.
We were having a problem with printing a report by schedule date and the Adhoc 4-6 weeks later. The data was not matching up, the printed by schedule report would show total DN call 1,800 and the Adhoc 4 -6 weeks later would show maybe 1,650. My vendor thinks they figured out what may be the...
You know what's weird, is that I made that change to 1600 remotely but when I did they lost connectivity completely to the Internet. And I couldnt access them remotely anymore, but another site that we were having the problem at my vendor made this same change working with Nortel and it worked...
Our Supervisor here wants to know if there is a way to use a lunch break as an acitvity code rather than having them log out. But the problem is that is skews the reports? Any suggestions as to how best to track a lunch break other than loggin out?
