When I logged out and relogged into the database it worked.

I have a Chart that is embedded in an ACCESS Report. It shows all the values fine. But the X-axis LABEL only shows every other value. For e.g.
RecordID Count
ABC 3
XYZ 4
DEF 5
The chart plots all the values 3,4,5. But x-axis label only shows ABC and...
actually let me clarify .... the STATE is a datafield ....sorry for the confusion

This is a very small local database used within a small dept. It does have some data duplication in tables. Plan is to move to another system in future.
