Thanks! That worked great! I wrote this database over a year ago and it has worked good since. I haven't touched Access programming hardly at all since so my mind went blank when I was asked to add this feature!- fredm54

I have an Access database I created and there is a report that is printed at the end of the day. The report has 20-30 items and each one has the record number printed on the report form (along with other necessary info).
