If you have a few users who are taking up the majority of your space try using the Exmerge utility to offload this information to PST files. You might be able to free up space that way. Also, you can cut down the number of days you keep deleted items.
We do something simular only we just have 1 exchange server. We add several e-mail accounts a@abc.com & a@def.com in the "E-mail address" tap in exchange admin. You will have to specify a default return-to address. Hope this helps.
Hey Invencible, I tried using the "message filtering" off of the IMS tab and all my Internet mail was rejected with a unknown user error. The addresses were correct. What did I do wrong?
