It is ACCPAC Pro Series. I am trying to run the current period by item. We have three different companies set up in SBT and this is the only company it doesnt work for.
I'm getting this error when I try to run a sales analysis report:
Error 50: Report File Invalid
Called From: G_PRVFRX Line number: 37538
Program code causing error:
TRIM(custno)+'/'+ a_arcust->company
I'm not sure what this means but I recalculated and reindexed and it didn't fix the problem...
There is nothing wrong with our system currently. We're closing the month at the end of today and I didn't know how to start a new period. I haven't seen any errors or anything like that if that's what you mean. I'm trying to see if our accountant needs admin rights to the system. She says she...

We're using SBT Pro 5.0 and I am needing to know if there is another way to add a year/period besides going in through ProFox. I'm not familiar with General Ledger so any information would be helpful. Thanks.
Thanks, I have not worked with Pro 5.0 enough yet and am not familiar with it. We have also had a lot of customizations that make it harder to troubleshoot issues with ACCPAC. Thanks so much!
We're using version 5.0 and when I'm trying to post GL's I'm getting this error:
Posting period / not found in fiscal calendar. Unable to continue with posting to GL.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
It doesn't reindex ALL of the tables. It's supposed to but we have found that occasionally when SBT starts acting weird, we will have to exclusively reindex a table. I don't know why.
I'm using visual fox pro with SBT 5.0. I'm trying to run an exclusive reindex on a particular table in fox pro, does anyone know the command for this? Thanks guys, ya'll are great!!
I have mapped it correctly, it still gives me that same error. I haven't touched the "test" environment in months so I don't know what could have happened between now and then but I can't get it to work. i'm not sure where to go from here.
I have a test environment set up in our SBT 5.0 system. I tried to access it this morning and am receiving this error: SYCCACC is missing and needs to close. I have tried copying these files from the "real" SBT system over and it is not fixing it. Has anyone seen this before?
When we enter purchase orders, the "confirm to" field as well as others are already populated with user information. I need to change the name in that field and cannot find where to edit that field. HELP!!
