Yes I do have the drivers for the card and I have installed it and it says its working fine, but when I plug something into the Com port nothing happends. Its recognizing it in the BIOS and in the Device Manager but isn't giving off any signal.

I just found out that the Receiver has Outlook Express with SP2. He also doesn't have any Rules or Alerts againts the sender.

The Sender has SP2 on the computer. Not sure what the Receiver has for a service pack.

They are outside of the Domain. But, other users that are in the domain can send the same attachment and it goes through. It wont go through just on the one users computer. thanks
