    I am trying to print out an A5 sized form. The form is a simple enrolment form with dotted lines to enter data. It looks ok when in the design stage but when I click on print it appears on-screen in a sort of "Ghost" A5 page in the middle of a landscape A4 sheet and prints on the A5 sheet...
