    Monitor Issue_ Does not Turn on

    i cannot even get to BIOS, i cannot see anything on my screen, i replaced, power supply, monitors, diff, aGP cards, no video, i think motherboard, fried, could the system fan, do this? No beeps, or anything, cannot see asnything.
