For the record, opening the BCM showed the capacitors bulging and leaking. My Nortel rep was able to order a board for next day (other sources note six-week backlog).
Thanks too to the previous post at thread1361-1217779 with the except of the Nortel Bulletin - it made my time and materials...
Thanks for the tip, my unit NA BCM 3.5 BCM400 Redundancy NT7B10AAEE A0510881 is listed in that bulletin. I will check it out after business hours today, but thanks for the quick reply.
I have a BCM 400 which shows a red/green blinking Status light on the Dupli-Disk II card, both Primary and Secondary lights are green. Both Maxtor drives tested externally show no errors with Maxtor Powermax utility and when on, phones ring through to the extensions, but no Voicemail, VOIP...

nsantin thanks for your response.
Perhaps there's hope in your reply, but I should have mentioned that I tried the F811 information.
As the second call comes in, the F811 information provided turns out to be the user's own DN, such as their Name (when Telco Features->Caller ID is set to...
I've seen a previous post (http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=926239)mentioning that Caller ID information isn't available to a caller already using their line when the second call rings. We have a PRI T1 and DID's and the Caller ID information for the second "works" but the incoming...
