Hi, I hope someone can help. I have an 2004 located in a manufacturing area, all is fine except no-one can hear the phone ringing. Is it possible to get an external ringer (seriously loud) for these phones? Nortel themselves dont seem to have any such product. Cheers in advance

Please help, I need to connect 2 Nortel Meridians to my network, however I can not have any broadcast traffic hitting the Meridians. The meridians are at different locations connected by a WAN. Is the best way to join them a port based VLAN? or some other solution? I am using Optivity switch...

Quick question. How do I change the SStat?

I have a number of TN's on OTM which are not active on my switch, hence when I try to out them from OTM i get an error code saying that the TN does not exist. How can I tidy up my OTM and remove these TN's? Thanks in advance.

Hi I am rolling out a bunch of 2004 phones replacing a mixture of Nortel Digital. Some of my users made use of a "caller list" function on the digital sets, however i can't find this feature on the 2004. Does this feature exist? If so, how do I implement it? Cheers
