I talked with the AS400 guy this morning about the #, and he had resorted to using 6 seconds of pause time to allow the number and code to go through. I still have to look at the PRI setting to see if it can send the number directly after it finishes dialing.

Yes, on autodialing, I mean through the software on an AS400, for banking transactions and customer order confirmations. I am also dialing through a fax server for other transactions.
What I found from inputting the # after the number is that I am receiving the tone request from Verizon...
Thanks, I've been working with the techs and engineers at Verison, and they are telling me the problem with the pause is on my system. I'll keep looking for an answer.

The 3 types of supplies that are available are the 391A1, which has a side to side on-off slide switch, the 391A3 has a top to bottom on-off slide switch and is said to support a 75 unit load, and the 391C which is the newest of the supplies available and is said to support a 96 unit load.
