This way, BE will now what media it has and will also report the correct media id in the job log on completion.

I do a weekly report of all the job failures and one for job succeses. I mail this to a range of people in the orgination (who no doubt just delete on reciept!).
On the reports tab, there is a vast selection of templates to choose from, have a little play and see if one of these fits...
