Ok, I got it PHV. They now want to select each of the criteria (prefix, series, detail) and search for the last used (Highest) numbered product. So I can work it a different way. After they select their criteria I can query or filter the data and go from there. Thanks, You have been a great help.

I have win2k3 sbs running and working properly with one glitch. When I add a new user, using the wizard, it (the wizard) freezes while applying GPOs. I had a gpo that I thought I deleted a while ago. Now all of the sudden it freezes. Any suggestions? Thanks, Sean
