    This is the first 408 module in the system. This module has 100-107 and lines 1-4. I changed out the third module from digital extensions to analog extensions and then renumbered. During this process I did power down and then the renumbering rebooted the system. The 102 outside line problem...

    I have searched the Avaya website and can only find the patches no full WinSPM R4 or R5. Any help finding it is appreciated.

    Merlin Legend Outside Dial Tone Problem

    I'm working on a Legend with R7 software and extension 102 stopped being able to dial 9 for an outside line. I checked programming of the extension and even verified it was the same for the lines as ext 101. Any help for things to try is appreciated. Thanks!
