I have a hot key setup for users to call a department, when you press the key in the display if show the DN that it is calling. Is there any way to hide the DN?

I have and option 11C running release 5 with a ITG tie to an 81C running release 4.5. When the dial across the tie they can use DTMF tones to access menues on the 81C, does any know what could be causing this isssue?

Would someone know what the part number is for the Cable or cradle that you use for upgrading the firmware on a 4065R DECT hnadset?
