so are you implying that I can not create a export file(excel or ASCII) from another system and just import that file into Mas90? i have to write somethin in VI for mas90? Mas90 doesn not have Field Mapping? This sounds like very old outdated technology....atleast to me it does.- Dragonsbb16

Thank you Blorf for your response...I do not have MAS 90 infront of me at this point in time. But, apparently MAS90 calls their Import Module VI.......and my answer is yes to your question of "You would import using the VI module?" Since i do not have MAS 90 i dont have the ability to look at...- Dragonsbb16

Import Invoices File Layout
I have a question for you all...In MAS 90 i would like to IMPORT INVOICE's made from another system. The other systems can export to excel or ASCII file or comma dilimited file. Does anyone know the File layout for MAS90 in reguards to INVOICE. Thank you for any help....- Dragonsbb16
