It actually plays the greeting message and in call status shows it's playing the queued message ($Queued). It does do it on an out of the box system, Main group 200 too.

I have a customer that has Phone Manager Lite running on W2000 Pro machines. Intermitentlly users get a message saying they are "running Phone Manager Pro, there are no licenses available, Phone Manager is switching to Lite". Anyone seen this before? System is on 2.1(31), Phone Manager 2.1(12).
