Yes the AA comes on then you press *# and the name of the person you are trying to reach---bam right to VM never rings the extenion.
Are they using the call pilot interface instead of the NVM interface?
I don't know what you mean by NVM? I believe it is the Call Pilot.

Are you able to direct-dial the extension while the greeting is playing? YES
Are the extensions local to the Call Pilot or on a networked voice mail? I believe Local to the call polit.
Try setting up a new mailbox and extension and see if it works. Same result
Yes the extension is the same as ther mail box number.
For example I am using extension 115 so the mailbox is 115

The greeting table disable DN dialing is not checked
When in the voice mail system, if you spell someones name it goes right to voice mail (never rings there extension) if you would know the extension number you are trying to call then it ring the phone?
When someone calls into the system in which the AA answers all the time.
Then when someone uses the directory to find the extension of the person they want to call, it goes right to their voice mail box and never rings there extension phone.
Even though someone goes thru the call pilot...
