You can get the trapd.conf file for Cisco and import it or load the MIBs manually. CiscoWlorks has an integration utility to load all the traps/MIBs into NNM.
Your problem is that prequisite MIBs are needed. All the Cisco MIBs are available from Cisco's web site...
Unless this is addressed in the latest release...
There is no grouping. CW2K is not very flexible as far as adding users, groupging and defining permissions.

Is there a script to automate loading MIBs in Optivity, I have a requirement to load other vendor MIBs (mainly Cisco); into Windows based Optivity.
