Have a user that despite having PM3 on "Pop Up", on receiving a call, the PM icon flashes blue, but doesnt pop up. The user has to double click to open it, and is presented with the error "Class Not Registered". The call can be dealt with ok.

I thought it might be something to do with that tick box, but it only seems to connect successfully when that box and extension number is ticked. If that box is un-ticked, then I get a "invalid username or password" error when phone manager starts.

Have resolved this issue.
Upgrading from PM versions 2.1 or later is fine, but with 2.0 the speed dials aren't compatible. Have unsinstalled all versions of PM, cleared out the Avaya directories in both Program Files and My Docs, and got the users to re-enter their speed dials in the PM directory.
Have installed Phone Manager 3.0.12 on the office machines, and the phones display "Not Logged On" whenever the Phone Manager isn't running. Any way of stopping this?

Using IP Office SOHO Edition with Voicemail Lite. One particular user gets a "Number Busy" error when accessing his voice mail. Any ideas what would cause this and how to resolve?
If a user access voicemail he gets an error saying "You are unable to retrieve your voicemail now because your account has multiple log-ins. Please disconnect and try again. Anyone seen this on Small Office Edition before?
