    Resetting Form When Opened

    You have to create a macro. Here is what you do. Open the form in Design view and right click the upper left corner and select form properties. Go to the "On Open" under the events tab and click on the button to the right of the field. It should ask you to select code, macro, etc...

    Ideas on creating user level security on a shared Database
