I use Process Explorer from sysinternals which is also quite a useful tool. My probelm seems to stem from Outlook and Firefox (or any browser) usage.

Even I am facing the very same issue of a 100% CPU Usage which cant be pinned down to anything thus far. I have VirusScan 9.1.08.
Can anyone tell if a high/100% CPU Usage can be caused by McAfee VirusScan?
