Is it possible to auto answer a non-acd call with a M3905 handset conencted to a M1 81C? Or is that only possible with ACD calls.
The agents will not be receiving ACD calls, only non-acd calls, so there will be no call presentation\delivery clash.

Does anyone have information relating to how much power is drawn by CLAN and MEDPRO cards? Avaya seem to concentrate on the max power a fully configured cabinet will pull, not the individual components.
These cards are to be installed in MCC cabinets.
