Well unfortunately it's not an issue of affording a phone. They are up to 30 phone-sets now and with the call-pilot taking up two reaming ports, that is all of the ports used. So I've set up a Route, and a destination code for a clients Cell Phone(because they have no more desk phones) and it works perfectly fine when dialing from any of their Nortel phones internally. Hey Justin, I'm having the exact same issue with my MICS w/ CP100. All phones have lines on Appear Only, and FWD No Answer on at 6 rings. This client does not actually have a receptionist so I built a CCR tree with lots of sub-menus leading directly to extensions. Set AA to pick up at 2 rings...- NortelNeil
