There is a great deal of information about exporting and importing CSV files into and out of Exchange. Outlook will work the same. The key is be sure you add the field "modify" or "create" when you enter "new" information.

It is fairly messy. Basically, you use the move server wizard to move server B into server A's site, then move the mailboxes to the other server. BTW, move server does not move Public Folders, so you need to replicate them first. Plus, you cannot have any connectors on the server being moved...
MS Article Q244526 talks about this. You don't have the X400 connector installed. Do you have the Enterprise version, or the Standard? Enterprise includes X400, Standard does not.
