i need to recreat a users profile on ntworkstation so far all i can come up with is to reinstall nt and create the user again

I need help allowing local admin privelages on ntworkstation from domain server users workstation does have admin privelages but when connected to domain server access is denied when adding printers changing clock settings etc.

We have users connecting to nt server domain but when using the domain option at windows nt logon user has no access to change clocke setting add printer etc.  users nt workstation logon does have admin privelages...
