Thanks for the response. I went through everything on the firewall. I finally broke down and called MS Exchange as I had reached the end of my rope. It turned out I had something they called a "Black hole router". For some reason my Linksys router wasn't sending out correct packets...

When I ping it comes back as in Bellsouth's range. It is a static ip but I believe the Linksys router does not broadcast, although I do have the port open for NAT translation.

This is really strange. For the past 10 months email has been fine but I haven't been able send anything over 1mb. Someone can send me a 5mb file but if I try to reply back with the file attached it times out and I get the 3010 host unreachable. There is no limit check in the exchange admin...
Thank you. Already had the port opened via NAT going to the internal DNS server. I'm accessing from my internal DNS server for everything. All servers are pointing to it and it points to my ISP's DNS server.
