mikengineer2 Go to www.msexchange.org/tutorials/mf014.html . This will step you through the complete incoming mail filtering cycle . You must go one step further past the message delivery filter and enable the filtering. You can enable the archiving of the blocked mail to see that the mails...- mlynch

I need to block sending to specific
I need to block sending to specific mailboxes in exchange 5.5 on W2k Advanced Server. I can filterincoming thru message filtering in the IMS connections but I believe this is for incoming only . Advise. M.L.- mlynch

problem sending to a certain mail server
I have just spent 2 months of troubleshooting this problem after yoyo.net (uu.net) screwed up our dns addresses . The usual name servers located in Europe are not allowed for US domains . You will be able to tracert and telnet but certain mails will not resolve . It took a microsoft tech $$$$$...- mlynch

Some emails bounce back on exchange server 5.5...Please help.
I do not have an answer but I have the same trouble . Certain mails to certain domains do not resolve . I have ( I think ) checked all IMS settings and all appear correct . This trouble is usually from the outside with your Internet Service Provider , but not always. I will continue to...- mlynch
