I have created an EDIT Form.
This Form allows users to first look-up the "project" they want to Edit using a drop-down menu.
Once the "project" is selected the fields are populated with the information for that project which you can then Edit and Save.

However my Bound Column was set wrong, it was set to 1 but needed to be set to 2 so I can access Field 2.
