Hi, Did you have any luck getting your UCA clients to work in teleworker mode? We have recently had a new install done of MCD 5.0 and MAS 3.0 and the softphones just wont connect in teleworker mode. They do work fine in the office and over VPN. 5320 phones do work in teleworker mode remotely.

Hi Jeeman, Looks like it was definately a VPN issue as you suggested. I tried setting up a ping to keep it from timing out and this did not work. I eventually reistalled the VPN client and it now works fine. Thanks for your comments.

HI, I have a BCM400 with an I2050 softphone running from a remote location through a VPN. I am experiencing the same problem with the display freezing. The phone still functions but you cannot see any display in the window. Did you resolve this issue or can anyone else help with this? Many Thanks
