    Thanks a lot. That did the trick, with Excel it looked like one very long line of names, but Word did a little nicer formatting. I wish I could show my users how to do something by themselves...instead of having to do it for them. Thanks again

    Hi and thanks a lot for the very quick reply, I have tried with and without quotes, I have tried different addresses (and made sure the spelling was correct) and we have no problem sending e-mail to other people outside the firm, we can send messages w/o a problem.?!?!?!?
