    I'm guessing I have to have navisphere manager set up to make this work. What is the best version of that? I have a 6.x which is supposed to work with FC-4700 arrays, but am not terribly sure about it. Thank you for your consideration..

    One of my users phone is stuck in such a way as all incoming calls to his extension are sent to the console, he cannot make any outgoing calls, and the only softkey enabled is "Forward". He claims that he didn't do anything to the unit, so I am a little lost on how to reset his line...
