You can get a quark plug-in to move from Frame to Quark, and then use InDesign to convert from Quark to InDesign. It isn't elegant, and its not perfect, but it work great if you just want to grab the style sheets and to the rest from scratch.

Check and see what fonts are in your system>library>fonts folder (or your user fonts folder, too). If those fonts are in the system folder, they'll override whatever you have installed in Suitcase. Delete the fonts from the system folder and you should be all set.
