well, theres a good chance that your power supply went. if you have a spare, or can get one from ebay or something, i'd try that. you could also remove any cards that may be installed (modems, network cards, etc...) just to make sure one of those did not go bad. Depending on how old the mac monitor is, you'll need a different connector. If it is one of the older MAC 14 or 15" screens from like early 1990's odds are you'll need a converter to go TO a standard VGA or SVGA (PC) computer. IF its a new MAC monitor, with a DVI or Apple Digital Video...- mateo107
