Thanks for your info. My goal is to have the non-Citrix at-work default printer remain unchanged when a user connects to Citrix when away from the office. Especially to have whatever printer settings used during the Citrix session ignored when connecting back at-work.

I need to forward a copy of all incoming messages addressed to a specific user out to his internet address. This is to be used to duplicate messages to a blackberry.

This was corrected by setting permissions for 'authenticated users' to read, read & execute, and list folder contents in the \exchsvr folder and its subfolders on the server. Previously 'everyone' has full control but that did not do the trick.
