Entering Time
It sounds like you can get as far as entering the times... As far as calculating the time between, you could do this: Create a query against the table that contains the numbers selected in the form. You should be able to create your combo box to pull the information you need, then open the form based on the value selected in the combo box. A working Clock
If you use: For one, the ControlSource is: =Now() and the Format is: hh:nn:ss For the other, the ControlSource is: =Date() and the Format is: Long Date Won't this just display the date/time that you opened the form?- TXRUSS2
