Thanks all! In answer to smah's question, the local workstations are running on Win2k and the server abroad runs on Novell 4 (or 5,not sure). The connection will be for the simple use of sending invoice data from the workstations to the server.
We are using Windows 98 on the workstations and unlike Win2K, Win98 doesn't have a built-in feature like Internet Connection Sharing. Anyways, I'm presently downloading a demo version of a software program that will give us Internet Connection Sharing. Thanks!
We currently connect to our ISP using a multi-user plan which means to say that a modem and a separate phone line is installed at each workstation. If 4 users connect to the net at the same time, 4 phone lines get tied up!
