DW6000 Problems Running on Wired Network
The problem seems to be from the main HUB.Contact your NOC and tell them all this. they might be able to solve your problem. Also install the Online UPS for DW6000. If the DW6000 won't get the proper voltage it 'll keep on booting itself after sometime. Check out the DW6000 configuration also.- Networkingsolutions

NEED INFO ON DW6000 MODEM
Yes,DW6000 acts as a router also and the hub is only all u need to share it on your LAN.You need not install proxy server as it automatically give the IP's to your computer.It acts as a DHCP server and have the inbuilt relay agent also.It has also inbuilt NAT and Firewall support- Networkingsolutions
