Z111, I used to run a team at my old company that used Actuate and I'll never use them again. They are WAY too proprietary. It is a powerful tool but not as intuitive as others. User can't view reports -- server connection reset error message
Steve, I'd say the issue is on the browser. Try changing his settings to use the DHTML viewer just to see if it works. If not, I'd reload the browser.- WildCardRanch

Installing CE8
SnowDude, Install new CE8 code. There are very few commonalities between the two and nothing to share to speak of. You can install on the same box. The "expand existing enterprise..." option is for configuring and re-configuring an existing CE architecture. Good Luck.- WildCardRanch
