I've done the xlink xpointer and xpath tutorials.
I know how to create an xml doc with lots of links.
I can't find ANY programs out there that will let me view my xml file and follow the links.
Do any versions of IE or Netscape or any other browser support xpath linking?

So you want a header in your xml file.
In the top doc type section of the xml file you put in this line:
<!ENTITY header SYSTEM "header.html">
which calls in the header you want (it can be a variety of different extensions, not just .html).
